Public Hearing to Consider Amending TIF Districts 10 and 12, Approval of a <br /> Development Agreement, and Approval of a Final Plat of the Development <br /> Property at 2325 — 2335 Dale Street and 657-675 Cope Avenue into 18 Medi- <br /> um Density Residential Lots <br /> Mayor Roe introduced this project and various steps requiring formal City Coun- <br /> cil action, with Community Development Director Paul Bilotta briefly reviewing <br /> • the various components as outlined in the RCA dated August 24, 2015. <br /> Mayor Roe opened the public hearing at approximately 8:26 p.m. for the purpose <br /> of considering an amendment to Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts 10 and <br /> 12 for the Development Property at 2325 — 2335 Dale Street and 657 — 675 Cope <br /> Avenue into 18 Medium Density Residential Lots. <br /> Mayor Roe closed the public hearing at approximately 8:27 p.m., with no one ap- <br /> pearing for or against. <br /> 12. Consider Amending TIF Districts 10 and 12, Approval of a Development <br /> Agreement, and Approval of a Final Plat of the Development Property at <br /> 2325 — 2335 Dale Street and 657 — 675 Cope Avenue into 18 Medium density <br /> Residential Lots <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11248 (RCA Ex- <br /> hibit A, B, C and D) entitled, "Resolution Approving the Modification to the De- <br /> velopment Program for Development District No. 1 and Approving the Modifica- <br /> tions to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing District <br /> Nos. 10 and 12." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mr. Bilotta referenced a revised Purchase and Redevelopment Contract by and be- <br /> tween the City of Roseville and Dale Street Station, LLC dated August 1, 2015 <br /> and as drafted by the City's TIF Consultant Briggs and Morgan (RCA Exhibit F) <br /> provided as a bench handout providing additional refinements and a more realistic <br /> timeframe based on latest developments. <br />
