Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,August 24, 2015 <br /> Page 21 <br /> Mayor Roe sought public comment on the Redevelopment Contract agreement. <br /> No one appeared for public comment on this component. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11249 (RCA <br /> Exhibit E) entitled, "Resolution Approving a Purchase and Redevelopment Con- <br /> tract with the Dale Street Station, LLC by the City of Roseville;" for redevelop- <br /> ment of the project area and performance of the actions necessary to meet the <br /> City's obligations identified in the executed purchase and redevelopment contract <br /> (RCA Exhibit F as revised). <br /> Councilmember Laliberte expressed her appreciation of the two changes made in <br /> the revised contract, opining they represented a much more realistic picture for <br /> the project. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mr. Bilotta addressed the proposed final plat as displayed on screen. <br /> Mayor Roe sought public comment on the proposed Final Plat with no one ap- <br /> pearing to speak to this component. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No.11250 (RCA Exhibit <br /> I) entitled, "A Resolution Approving the FINAL PLAT of Garden Station (PF 15- <br /> 011); of the property at 2325 — 2335 Dale Street and 657 — 675 Cope Avenue, <br /> based on the public record and conformity of the proposed Final Plat with the ap- <br /> proved Preliminary Plat (RCA Exhibits G and H), and the content of the RCA as <br /> conditioned." <br /> Councilmember Laliberte personally thanked the City's HRA for their work ini- <br /> tially done on this project and neighborhood process that provided an end product <br /> that everyone felt good about and moving the City and its residents to this point <br /> today. <br /> Councilmember McGehee seconded those comments; expressing her support for <br /> the Outlot design; opining this was the best design and most consistent with de- <br /> sires of the neighbors. <br /> Mayor Roe echoed thanks to the HRA for their significant work on this project, <br /> and expressed his personal disappointment in the demise of the original project <br /> proposed, even though he understood the financial implications and other un- <br /> knowns involved with that demise and reasons for it, he still found it to be a <br /> unique and interesting project for Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br />
