Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,August 24, 2015 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Councilmember McGehee advised that she had spoken with representatives of the <br /> school district and their concerns were related to getting children across the street <br /> to the bus stop; and she suggested other off-street options. <br /> Mr. Culver stated that he would further review and discuss the situation; however, <br /> from his observations, it was safest for students to wait on one side until the <br /> school bus crossing arm was out, as violations of that were enforceable when re- <br /> ported by school bus drivers. <br /> Councilmember McGehee opined that was an excellent suggestion and sounded <br /> like a safer choice for students, and suggested that information be shared by City <br /> staff with the school district and neighbors. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11243 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "Resolution Awarding Bid for Project P-14-81 — I-35W at Cleveland <br /> Avenue Interchange Reconstruction Project;" awarding the bid to Forest Lake <br /> Contracting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,598,448.00. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> f. Approve Licenses for Multi-family Rental Dwellings with Five or More Units <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of multi-family rental dwelling licens- <br /> es of five or more units as listed and detailed in the RCA and related attachments <br /> dated August 24, 2015. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> h.
