4
September 28, 2015
ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS:
This is to say again that we strongly oppose Art Mueller's project at 2101 Acorn
Road. There is a water problem onto our property that hasn't been resolved. The
destruction of most of the trees, a new road and four (4) new homes would be
devastating to this area.
Acorn Road is a very unique residential area. Every resident on Acorn Road
opposes this enormous project. The petition of 30 signatures indicates the
disapproval of everyone on the street. We residents live here because of the private
and peaceful beauty of this neighborhood.
In Mr. Mueller's earlier enclosed letter, he specifically indicates his disapproval of
widening and changing of Acorn Road to keep its beauty and privacy. Also, because
of a narrow street, it does not accommodate excessive traffic. There are many
walkers on this street. -
We are not opposed to people splitting lots, but not into such a major project.
We ask for your vote to not approve this project.
Janet and Paul Romanowski
2195 Acorn Road
