<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND <br />16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM GENERAL INDUSTRIAL <br />(1-2) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010,16.020,16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br />form of a written request to rezone from General Industrial (1-2) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said <br />matter on the 9th day of December, 1993, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the <br />13th day of December, 1993 at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the <br />following described property from, General Industrial (1-2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD): <br /> <br />Parcel I: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, lying North <br />of the Northerly line of right-of-way acquired by the M & S1. L. Railway Co. (now <br />owned by N.P. Railway Co.) and lying East of a line running South at right angles to <br />North line of said Northwest Quarter from a point thereon distant 1130.68 feet West of <br />the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter and lying West of a line running South <br />at right angles to said North line of the Northwest Quarter from a point thereon distant <br />363 feet West of the Westerly right-of-way line of Minnesota Transfer Railway Company <br />(measured on said North line) and lying Northwesterly of a line described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on said North line of the Northwest Quarter distant 53 feet West of <br />last named right-of-way line (measured on said North line), thence running Southwesterly <br />
