Moderating Public Comments <br />City of Roseville staff, with administrative rights, will not edit posted comments, but may remove <br />comments that are abusive; obscene; defamatory; in violation of the copyright, trademark right or other <br />intellectual property right of any third party; or otherwise inappropriate or incorrect. The following may <br />be removed by city staff: <br />Potentially libelous comments <br />Obscene, racist or homophobic comments <br />Personal attacks, insults or threatening language <br />Plagiarized material <br />Private, personal information published without consent <br />Comments totally unrelated to the topic of the forum <br />Commercial promotions or spam <br />Hyperlinks to material that is not directly related to the discussion <br />Sexual content or links to sexual content <br />Encourage or promote illegal activity <br />Promote political campaigns or ballot measures <br />Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public <br />Posts by individuals using aliases or false names to utilize module <br />
