Human Rights Commission Minutes <br />May 20, 2015 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />Commissioner Bachhuber suggested the Commission read the book prior to the training, <br />identifying whom the offer should be extended to, and how to promote the event. She asked if <br />the Rotary had been sent a thank you from the Commission. <br />Chair Groff stated he would reach out to Commissioner Carey regarding the Civility Training. <br />Commissioner Singleton announced the award ceremony on Saturday, May 30, from 10:00 a.m, <br />to 12:00 p.m., for the State Essay Contest winners. First place is Roseville's Elite Thor, second <br />place is Austin's Katie Lilleman, and third place is Ne Ulm's Jayden Petterson. Honorable <br />mentions are Aubrey Williams and Lucy Chin. <br />Commissioner Christiansen asked what month the Commission would not be meeting this year. <br />Chair Groff suggested taking July off but if there were a need to have a meeting he would let the <br />Commission know through Ms. Collins. <br />Adiournment <br />Commissioner Sin�leton moved and Commissioner Thao seconded a motion to adiourn. <br />Motion passed unanimously.
