<br />116.030. <br /> <br />116.040. <br />Persons. <br /> <br />vided by and containing such information as <br />required by the City Manager and by paying a <br />nonrefundable application fee of one hundred <br />fifty dollars ($150.00). <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A separate license shall be obtained for each <br />place of business the fee for which shall be <br />three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year. <br /> <br />Grantinq, Denyinq and Rescindinq of Licenses. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Licenses may be granted only to establishments <br />associated with and operating within the <br />confines of and incidental to a properly zoned <br />beauty parlor. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />No more than two (2) massage therapist indi- <br />vidual licenses will be issued to any business <br />establishment. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Licenses may be denied or rescinded if the <br />premises of the massage therapy establishments <br />do not meet the requirements of the City <br />Council, and of the building, safety and <br />sanitation regulations of the City of <br />Roseville and State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Licenses may be denied or rescinded if there <br />is any fraud or deception involved in the <br />license application. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Licenses may be denied or rescinded if the <br />applicant, licensee or employee of the same <br />fail to comply with, or have a history of <br />violations of the laws or ordinances which <br />apply to health, safety, or moral turpitude. <br /> <br />6 . <br /> <br />The City Council may attach such reasonable <br />conditions to the license as it, in its sole <br />discretion, deems to be appropriate. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />The number of licensed massage therapy estab- <br />lishments shall not exceed six (6). <br /> <br />Practice of Massaqe Therapy Only By Licensed <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Application for license. Any person desiring <br />to be licensed shall file an application on <br />forms provided by the City Manager.
