� 4� � Dimensional Standards. The dimensional standards set forth in Table 1005-4 in Section <br />�42 1005.06.0 shall not apply. Instead, the following requirements shall apply: <br />��.,� The height of the new Retail Addition shall not exceed 65 feet for the primary retail <br />�4% addition and 80 feet for the three public entries. The height of Outlot developments shall <br />14 � not exceed two stories. The height of the Parking Deck shall not exceed 65 feet in <br />� 4� height. <br />�47 The Parking Deck shall be set back a minimum of five feet from the Property boundary <br />�4� line adjacent to County Road B2 (front). The DEVELOPER shall obtain for recording <br />��s} any cross-easement agreements necessary to allow placement of the Parking Deck across <br />�5� all internal lot lines connecting between the new Retail Addition and the J.C. Penny <br />��� building. <br />� 52 The Retail Addition shall be permitted to be set back zero feet from the property lines of <br />� 5s Lot 2, Block 1, Rosedale Center Fifth Addition. <br />� 5�� Outlot developments shall be set back a minimum of 10 feet from any periphery or <br />155 internal property line, and 10 feet from the edge of the ring road. <br />��� ImprovementA�ea. The requirement set forth in Section 1005.06.D shall not apply. This <br />15 � subsection shall not be construed as a waiver of the requirements of the Watershed District or <br />� 5� the CITY's stormwater management or landscaping requirements. <br />� 59 Faontage Requirement. The frontage requirements set forth in Section 1005.06.E shall not <br />� 6o apply to the Retail Addition or the Parking Decic, but the frontage requirements do apply to <br />� 6� the Outlots where they abut a public street. The Community Development Director may <br />� c; apply the frontage requirement to the ring road instead of the public street at the City's <br />�6� discretion. <br />16�- PropeYty Performance Standards. The property performance standards set forth in City Code <br />�c��� Chapter 1011 shall apply, subject to the following: <br />���� Landscaping and Screening in All Districts. The requirements set forth in Section 1011.03 <br />� 6� shall not apply. Each new development site of the PUD is required to be landscaped. A <br />� c� landscape plan shall be submitted to the Community Development Director for review and <br />�6� approval, which plan shall include landscaped parking lot islands, landscaping adjacent to <br />� �o buildings, and landscaping along all street frontages and the ring road in accordance with the <br />���i standards of the Regional Business District. If there are practical difficulties that prevent full <br />� �,_ compliance with the landscaping requirements on any particular development site, the <br />1 �3 DEVELOPER may locate some of the required landscaping on other portions of the <br />� �� Rosedale Mall property with the prior approval of the Community Development Director. <br />� �J Additional Standards in All Non-LDR Districts. The additional standards set forth for all <br />��� Non-LDR Districts set forth in City Code Section 1011.11 shall apply, subject to the <br />� � f following: <br />��� Waste and RecyclingAreas. The requirements set forth in Section 1011.11.B shall be <br />� �9 modified so that waste and recycling enclosures shall be designed into the building or <br />� so adjacent the building in a manner that is fully screened from public view. <br />� s� Parking and Loading Areas.
