Attachment C <br />159 Councilmember McGehee opined that her rationale in discussing some of her ongoing <br />160 concerns was to avoid giving someone an option not to comply, but providing that an outside <br />161 forester making the observation and stating what can ar cannot be done. <br />162 Mayor Roe clariiied that there were no differing opinions on that concern, and there were <br />163 three options provided in the draft ordinance addressing it. <br />164 Mayor Roe thanked Mr. Gozola and Mr. Rehder for their work to-date, opining with some <br />165 additional tweaking, it was a very good document. <br />i.: <br />
