Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, October 19, 2015 <br />Page 30 <br />to get a new entity set up and a fa�ade program or other pieces, some of which <br />were already in process and continuing to evolve. <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, Mr. Bilotta fiirther reported that the Tree Preserva- <br />tion consultant would be presenting the final draft of the Ordinance and lcicicing <br />off discussions on revised Planned Unit Developinent (PUD) processes in early <br />November for the City Council. <br />Councilmember Laliberterequested presentation of these documents at a work <br />session versus regular business meeting. However, after further consideration, <br />Councilmember Laliberte agreed with presentation of a draft at the November 9, <br />2015 meeting for an initial view followed by deeper review at the Worlcsession <br />the following week. <br />15. Business Items — Presentations/Discussions <br />16. City Manager Future Agenda Review <br />City Manager Tnidgeon briefly reviewed upcoming agenda items. <br />17. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br />At the request of Councilmember Willmus, City Manager Tnidgeon provided an update <br />on lighting in the City Council chainbers; advising that a consultant had been brought in <br />to provide professional expertise on proper lighting at City Hall, with the goal to convert <br />the Council Chainbers to LED lighting, as well as other parts of City Hall in the near fu- <br />ture. Mr. Trudgeon advised that he anticipated receiving recommendations soon, and re- <br />viewed soine of the problems beyond shadows and bulbs burning out at a ridiculous rate; <br />and hoped to get it accomplished before the end of 2015. <br />
