<br />part of the property, of the Franchisee's system operated <br />within the City. Any such purchase shall be at fair <br />market value of the assets but with no value allocated to <br />the franchise itself. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. PROCEDURES <br /> <br />The Engineering Department shall file with the City Council the <br />following documents: <br /> <br />A. Within five (5) days of issuance, a copy of each RFP or <br />other solicitation issued pursuant to this Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Within ten (10) days any formal request for a franchise <br />received from a prospective Franchisee. <br /> <br />C. Within fifteen (15) days of approval by the City Council <br />a copy of the final agreement for each franchise granted <br />pursuant to this Ordinance. <br /> <br />D. On or before July 1 of each year, a report detailing the <br />revenues received by the City from each franchise granted <br />pursuant to this Ordinance during the preceding calendar <br />year. <br /> <br />E. On or before July 1 of each calendar year a detailed <br />report showing the progress of each Franchisee and <br />listing the complaints and problems encountered by the <br />City and the subscribers/customers of the Franchisee. <br /> <br />F. The Engineering Department shall cause to be placed in a <br />suitable publication an announcement of all RFP's, <br />requests for franchise and awards of such franchises. <br />Such announcements shall include but not be limited to <br />the following information. <br /> <br />~1) Date and timing of any RFP issued in accordance <br />herewith. <br /> <br />(2) City Office supplying franchise information. <br /> <br />(3) Names and addresses of any principals requesting a <br />franchise under this Ordinance. <br /> <br />(4) Name of any person, corporation or firm receiving a <br />franchise granted in accordance herewith. <br /> <br />(5) Area or territory covered by the franchise granted <br />in accordance herewith. <br /> <br />7 <br />
