VALIDITY <br /> <br />If this Ordinance shall be determined to be invalid, any entity <br />that desires to provide Wireless Communications Services within the <br />City of Roseville shall be required to obtain a permit and abide by <br />the conditions contained in Ordinance No. 1148 the Wireless <br />Communications System Permit Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
