Update on Cedarholm Golf Course Review <br />6. <br />Commission committeerepresentativesChair Stoner, Gelbach,Holtcontinue their work on <br />the Golf Course review. They met with representatives of the Finance Commissionfor a <br />second time on September 16, 2015 (agenda attached). <br />City Manager Pat Trudgeon attended to clarify charge of the Commissions from a City <br />Administration and City Council perspective. <br />It was decided that the Commissions next steps are to: <br />1.Better understand whatimprovements need to be done with the golf course <br />2.Better understand what the golf course could transform into,asa golf course <br />3.Lay out those ideas <br />4.Identify costestimates <br />5.Conveneanother joint meeting with FinanceCommissionrepresentatives <br />6.Share information and recommendationswith the City Council <br />The commission representatives plan to meet again whentheabove tasks are complete <br />and the desired improvement approach is identified.They will be prepared to provide you <br />with a verbal update at the meetingand ask for your continued input, thoughts and <br />guidance. <br />Please be prepared to provide your input and guidance as they are representing the <br />Commission at thesemeetings. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br />Update, discussionandguidance. <br />2016 Draft Meeting Calendar <br />7. <br />Enclosed is an initial look at a draft 2016 meeting calendar for your review and discussion. <br />Please note that, due to Night to Unite that your August meeting has been suggested to be <br />on another night at 6:30.
