43 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />4� At the time this report was prepared, Planning Division staff has not received any <br />4=� communications from the public about the variance request. <br />4� As required by Chapter 1017, The Planning Division mailed notice on October 20, 2015, to the <br />��? Department of Natural Resources (DNR). At this time no comments have been received. <br />4£3 RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />4� By Motion, approve the Consolidation per § 1104.04C and the Recombination per § 1104.04B of <br />5� the City Code for 365 and 375 South Owasso Boulevard to consolidate Lots or portions thereof <br />��i of Lots 7, 8, and 7, Block 1, Lake Owasso Villas into Parcel "A" and to allow the lot line of Lot <br />Jz 7, Block l, Lake Owasso Villas to shift north creating a 75-foot-wide residential parcel of land, <br />�3 based on the comments and findings outlined in this report, subject to the following conditions: <br />�a a. Recording of the appropriate documentation creating Parcel "A" and "B" as detailed the <br />5� City Council RCA dated, 11 /30/15. <br />56 ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS <br />5� Pass a motion to table for future action. Tabling beyond January 5, 2016, will require an <br />5� extension of the 60-day action deadline established in Minn. Stat. § 15.99 <br />�a Adopt a resolution to deny the requested approval.
