<br />(1) Exemption <br />This Ordinance shall not apply to an Operator of a <br />Wireless Telecommunications System who has a valid <br />Lease Agreement with the City to pay rent and/or <br />other consideration to the City for use of City <br />land to construct and/or operate such a system, <br />unless such Lease Agreement specifically states <br />that this Ordinance shall apply. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 2A of Ordinance 1149 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A.
