. Specific to the euthanized rate of unclaimed domestic animals, Hillcrest Animal Hosptal <br />� euthanization rate is less then 10% and which qualifies as a"no kill shelter." <br />. Based on information provided by Brighton Vet Clinic for the period of Januaryl st — September <br />. 30, 2015, Roseville police impounded 41 animals. Of those impounded, 7 were euthanized <br />� � (17%). <br />. POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />s� None <br />3� BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />.
