. Specific to the euthanized rate of unclaimed domestic animals, Hillcrest Animal Hosptal <br />� euthanization rate is less then 10% and which qualifies as a"no kill shelter." <br />. Based on information provided by Brighton Vet Clinic for the period of Januaryl st — September <br />. 30, 2015, Roseville police impounded 41 animals. Of those impounded, 7 were euthanized <br />� � (17%). <br />. POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />s� None <br />3� BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />. The police department doesn't expect any additional costs and/or fees above and beyond what is <br />�. proposed in the 2016 Animal Control contractual budget of $10,500.00. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />�� Review and approve the 2016 Hillcrest Animal Control Service Agreement. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />The mayor and city manager sign and date the appropriate signature lines of the service <br />agreement. <br />Prepared by: Lt.
