<br />140 one or more individuals or may be farmed collectively by members of the group and may include
<br />141 common areas maintained and used by group members.
<br />142 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The words "The Comprehensive Plan,""The Land Use Plan," or "Comp
<br />143 Plan," unless it shall be otherwise expressly provided, shall mean the City's 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
<br />144 CONDOMINIUM: An estate of real property consisting of an undivided interest in common with
<br />145 other purchasers in a portion of parcel of real property, together with separate interest in space in a
<br />146 building. As condominium may include, in addition, a separate interest in other portions of such real
<br />147 property, such as garage space or in the case of a cluster development, a townhome, or cluster
<br />148 development lot.
<br />149 CONFORMING: Designates a lot, use, or structure which satisfies all applicable requirements of this

<br />152 CONTRACTOR'S YARD: An establishment providing general contracting or building construction
<br />153 services, including outdoor storage of machinery or equipment.

<br />155 COUNCIL: The word "Council" or the words "City Council" shall mean the City Council of the City
<br />156 of Roseville, Minnesota.
<br />157 COURTYARD DEVELOPMENT: A form of a cluster development that designs the residential units
<br />158 around a common courtyard.
<br />159 CURRENCY EXCHANGE BUSINESS: Any entity, except a bank, trust company, savings bank,
<br />160 savings and loan association, credit union, or industrial loan and thrift company, engaged in the
<br />161 business of cashing checks, drafts, money orders, or travelers' checks for a fee.
<br />162 DAY CARE: As defined in Minnesota rules, day care means the care of a child in a residence outside
<br />163 the child's own home for gain or otherwise, on a regular basis, for any part of a 24-hour day.
<br />164 DAY CARE, FAMILY: As defined in Minnesota rules, means: Day care for no more than 10 children
<br />165 at one time of which no more than 6 are under school age. The licensed capacity must include all
<br />166 children of any caregiver when the children are present in the residence.
<br />167 DAY CARE, GROUP FAMILY: As defined in Minnesota Rules, group family day care for no more
<br />168 than 14 children at any one time. The total number of children includes all children of any caregiver
<br />169 when the children are present in the residence.
<br />170 DAY CARE CENTER: A facility in which a child care program is operated when the facility in not
<br />171 excluded by Minnesota Statutes and is not required to be licensed under said Minnesota Statutes as a
<br />172 family or group family day care home.
<br />173 DENSITY: The number of dwelling units permitted per net acre of land.
<br />174 DEVELOPMENT: Any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not
<br />175 limited to, the placement, construction, or modification of structures, ditching, lagooning, dredging,
<br />176 filling, grading, paving, excavation, or drilling operations, and the deposition or extraction of earthen
<br />177 materials.
<br />178 DIAMETER BREAST HEIGHT (DBH): The diameter of trees in inches at breast
<br />179 measured 4 1/Z feet (54 inches) above the �round. The diameter of a multi-stemmed tree that
