The preparation date of all tree preservation plan components shall not precede the date <br />of application by more than two (2) years. <br />3. The tree preservation plan set shall consist of four (4) components. <br />a. An overall tree inventory includin� the following information: <br />i. Location, diameter, unique identifier, and species of all trees on the site; <br />1056 ii. Location, diameter, unique identifier, and species of all adiacent si�nificant trees <br />1057 on adiacent property whose typical root protection zone extends on to the subiect <br />1058 property. <br />1059 <br />1060 <br />1061 <br />1062 <br />1063 <br />1064 <br />1065 <br />1066 <br />1067 <br />1068 <br />iu. Protected, preserved, or undisturbed; <br />2. Removed or disturbed (the typical root protection zone will be impacted); and <br />3. Exempt fper Section 1011.04(E)(4)1. <br />ii. Proposed �rading contours of the site. <br />iii. Proposed location of building pads and other impervious surfaces bein� installed. <br />1069 iv. Proposed disturbance zones (due to construction, grading, utility installations and <br />1070 other development activities) as identified by cross-hatching or �ray-colored <br />1071 shading on the plan. <br />1072 <br />1073 <br />1074 <br />v. Identification of tree protection zones: <br />1. At a minimum, plans must identifv the tvpical root protection zone for all <br />inventoried trees except those proposed for removal. <br />1075 2. At the discretion of the applicant, �reater protection may be urovided to <br />1076 individual trees by identifying a tree's unique dripline as the protection zone; <br />1077 in no instance shall a dripline provide less protection than a tyuical root <br />1078 protection zone. <br />1079 <br />1080 <br />1081 <br />1082 <br />1083 <br />1084 <br />1085 <br />vi. Proposed locations and details of tree protection fencin� to be installed for all <br />trees to be preserved. <br />c. A final planting plan showing: <br />i. The final inventory of existing trees to remain on-site following completion of all <br />development activities. <br />ii. Location, diameter, and species of all proposed replacement trees in conformance <br />with Section 1011.04(J). <br />
