Entry on Private Property and Interference with Inspection <br />1313 The Community Development Department may enter upon private premises at any <br />1314 reasonable time for the purposes of enforcin� the re�ulations set forth in this Section. No <br />1315 person shall unreasonably hinder, prevent, delay, or interfere with the Community <br />1316 Development Department while engaged in the enforcement of this Section. <br />1317 <br />1318 Section 5.
