Roll Call Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve Agenda City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 8.d from the Consent Agenda for sep- arate consideration. McGehee moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the agenda as ainended. Roll Call Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. 4. Public Comment Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda items. No one appeared to speak. 5. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements Mayor Roe announced the recent launch of "Speak Up! Roseville," and additional online communication opportunity for residents to comment on ongoing projects, participate in topical discussions, and/or create, share and vote on citizen-generated ideas happening in Roseville. Mayor Roe encouraged public input and involveinent; and noted a link was also available on the city's website; with additional infoi-mation available by contacting Communications Manager Garry Bowman at 792-7027 or via online options. Mayor Roe noted the final session of the 2015 Roseville University featuring the Com- munity Development department and functions, ending in November. Mayor Roe announced the 2°`� annual Roseville Business Exchange scheduled on De- cember 2, 2015 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriot on Centerpointe Drive. Mayor Roe advised this was an opportunity for Councilinembers, Department Heads and City staff to meet with area businesses on areas of interest.
