Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, November 16, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />As City of Roseville liaison, Councilmember Laliberte reported that the Ramsey County <br />League of Local Govenunents (RCLLG) would be holding their annual meeting on De- <br />cember 3, 2015. Councilmember Laliberte advised that one agenda topic included a po- <br />tential increased budget for additional services with the group's management company; <br />and if going forward would result in a slight increase to participating cities and inunici- <br />palities. <br />Mayor Roe announced the upcoming rescheduled OVALumination event. <br />6.
