Councilmember Laliberte thanlced the developer for their time attending the Pub- lic Hearing and their discussions with the Planning Commission. Councilmember Willmus concurred, expressing his appreciation for JLL's rein- vestinent in Rosedale Center and the community; and highlighted the City's assis- tance in facilitating that development by reducing standard design requirements for windows and door openings. Councilmember McGehee expressed her appreciation for the developer's presen- tation prior to thein moving forward. Mayor Roe stated the City's willingness to be reasonable going forward in work- ing with the developer on unknown expenses. Councilmember Etten also thanked JLL for their reinvestment in the community and their feedback with access, road and traffic issues on-site as well as for the broader area. As part of that, Councilmember Etten thanked JLL for their will- ingness to expend additional funds to benefit not only Rosedale and the communi- ty, as well as visitors, and to talce care of their best interests. Approve Final Plat at Rosedale Center City Planner Paschke noted that the request was detailed in the RCA dated No- vember 16, 2015; and only modifications between the preliminary and final plat was to include rights-of-way necessary for public improvements at County Road B-2 and Snelling Avenue as noted. City Attorney Gaughan suggested, in addition to the five conditions included in the draft resolution (Attachment C), he would ask for a sixth condition for "suc- cessful execution of PUD Amendment #15-019.": Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11272 (Attaclunent C) entitled, "A Resolution Approving the Rosedale Center Fifth Addition (PF15- 019);" arrtencled to include a�ccl be subject to Condition #6: "Subject to successful execution of Plannecl Unit Development (PIID) Amend�nent Agreement #IS- 019.
