Facade <br />A) Blank lengths of wall fronting a publie street or pedestrian connection shall not <br />eYceed <br />30 feet. <br />B) The primary facade (facade fi•onting the Build To Areas, a Pedestrian Coi-�•idor, <br />park or public street) of all buildings shall be articulated into distinct increinents <br />such as stepping back or eYtending for�vard, use of storefronts �vith separate <br />�vindows and entrances; arcade awnings, bays and balconies; variation in roof <br />lines; Lise of different but compatible materials and textures. <br />iii. Entries: Entries shall be clearly inarked and visible from the side�valk. <br />4. Parking <br />a. Parkin� shall be located behind the Build To Area/parking setback line. <br />b. Drive�vays and/or curb cuts are not allo`ved along the Greenway Fronta�e. <br />c. Parking Within the Build To Area: Where parking is allo�ved within the Build To Area, <br />parking shall be set back a miniinuin of 5 feet froin the property line, and shall be <br />screened by a vertical screen at least 36" in height (as approved by the Colninunity <br />Development Department) �vith the required landscape treatinent. <br />�s <br />d. Parking Contiguous to Langton Lake Park: Parking on property contiguous to Lan�ton <br />Lake Park shall be set back a minimum of 15 feet from the property line. The setback <br />
