Parl�ing Within the Build To Area: If parking is located within the Build To Area, <br />the required vertical screen in the setback area shall be treated with foundation <br />plantings, planted at the base of the vertical screen in a regular, corlsistent pattern. <br />6. Public Parlc Connections <br />Each pedestrian conidor identified below shall be a minimum of 25 feet wide and <br />include a paved, multi-use path constructed to specifications per the City of Roseville. <br />Each pedestrian connectiol7 shall also contain the following minimuin landscaping: <br />x 1 3-caliper-inch tree for every 201ineal feet of the length of the pedestrian corridor. Such <br />trees shall be h�rdy and urban tolerant, and may include such varieties as red buckeye, <br />green hawthon�, eastern red cedar, amur maackia, Japanese tree lilac, or other variety <br />approved by the Coinmunity Development Department. <br />x 12 5-gallon sl�ul.ibs, ornamental grasses, and/or perennials for every 301ineal feet of the <br />pedestrian corridor. Such plantings may inchide varieties like hydrangea, mocicorange, <br />ninebarlc, spirea, sumac, coneflower, daylily, Russian sage, rudbeckia, sedum, or other variety <br />approved by the Coinmunity Development Department. <br />All plant materials shall be within planting beds with wood mulch. <br />
