<br />for the non-commercial and non-vendor use of information. <br /> <br />ANTENNA-SATELLITE DISH: A parabolic shaped television or radio signal <br />receiver (including all supporting apparatus) which is located on the ground or <br />exterior of, or outside of any building or structure. Said antenna is considered an <br />accessory use to the principle building or structure. <br /> <br />CITY TOWER SITE: A location(s) in the City on which is or may be located one <br />or more antennas available for connection and use by any person, firm or <br />corporation in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 10 12 and upon execution <br />of a lease with the City. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 1012.10 is hereby renamed "Tower and Other Structure <br />Height and Placement Limitations". <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 1 0 12.1 0 (Height Limitation Exemptions) is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1012.10 <br /> <br />A. Private and Commercial Antennas and Towers <br /> <br />1. City owned or controlled antennas and tower sites shall be a <br />permitted use in "B" Business or "I" Industrial districts and a <br />conditional use in all other districts. <br /> <br />2. Private (non-commercial) receiving or transmitting antennas and <br />towers more than twenty feet (20') in height above the principal <br />structure height in residential districts or more than fifty feet (50') in <br />height above the principal structure height in business and industrial <br />districts shall be a conditional use in all districts. <br /> <br />3. Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas and towers regardless <br />of height or size with the exception of satellite dish antennas shall <br />connect to and use the City tower sites if use of such facilities is <br />technically feasible. <br /> <br />2 <br />
