<br />Following final approval or disapproval of the plat by the City Council, the Manager <br />shall notify the owner or subdivider of the City Council's action. Within thirty (30) <br />days of the final plat approval, the plat shall be submitted to the City Manager for <br />signing. The final plat and subdivision agreement shall be recorded with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder prior to issuance of any building permits or within 180 <br />days, whichever is less.
