<br />person or persons applying for such approval. <br /> <br />XIX. <br /> <br />Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01 subparagraph F 1 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />F. Final Plat <br /> <br />1. Final Plat Submission: After approval of the preliminary plat by the <br />City Council, the owner or subdivider shall, within sixty (60) days <br />thereafter, submit to the City a new application for final plat approval. <br />unless given a time extension, failure to comply with the sixty (60) <br />day period to apply for a final plat shall nullify the approval of the <br />preliminary plat. In such case the applicant may reapply for <br />preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />xx. <br /> <br />Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01, subparagraph F 3 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1102.01 : <br /> <br />F. Final Plat: <br /> <br />3. Public Hearing: A public hearing on the final plat shall be held by the <br />City Council, as provided for in Chapter 108. <br /> <br />XXI. <br /> <br />Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01 subparagraph H is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />H. Recording: Plats, after approval, may be recorded as now provided by law. <br />At the time of the filing of the plat, there shall be filed an additional three (3) <br />copies together with an up-to-date certified copy of abstract or certified <br />registered property certificate showing the title to the land designated in the <br />plat. The City Council shall refer the original and one copy of the plat to the <br />Public Works Director for examination and report, and shall also refer the <br />abstract or the registered property certificate to the City Attorney for <br />examination and report.
