<br />authorized by an amendment to the final development plan by the City Planning <br />Commission after a public hearing as provided in Chapter 108 and without all the <br />documents necessary for the original application. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Chapter 1008, Section 1008.1 OB is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />B. Sketch Plan: The sketch plan provides an opportunity for an applicant to <br />submit an informal plan to the City showing the applicant's basic intent and <br />general nature of the development. The sketch plan is optional and is <br />intended to provide feedback from the Planning Commission before the <br />applicant incurs substantial cost in the preparation of formal plans. The <br />sketch plan shall be considered a partial, incomplete application prior to <br />formal submittal of the complete application and scheduling of hearings. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />Chapter 1008, Section 1008.10, paragraph C is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1008.10: C. General Concept Plan: The purpose of a general development <br />concept plan is to formally present a planned unit development and preliminary plat <br />application in ª public hearings before the Planning Commission as set forth in Chapter <br />108. The plan shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. Overall maximum PUD density range. <br /> <br />2. General location of major streets and pedestrian ways. <br /> <br />3. General location and extent of public and common and open space. <br /> <br />4. General location of residential and nonresidential land uses with approximate type <br />of intensities of development. <br /> <br />5. Staging and time schedule of development. <br /> <br />6.
