<br />1008.10 D. 1, Schedule: <br /> <br />c. Within thirty (30) days after verification by the City Planner that the required <br />plan and supporting data is adequate, the Planning Commission shall hold <br />a public hearing as provided for in Chapter 108. <br /> <br />d. The Planning Commission shall conduct the hearing and report its findings <br />and make recommendations to the City Council. The procedure shall be <br />that set forth in Chapter 108. <br /> <br />f. If the Planning Commission fails to make a report within ten (10) days after <br />completion of the hearing, then the City Council may proceed as provided <br />for in Chapter 108 without the report. The City Council shall assign an <br />ordinance numerical reference to each final plan and PUD agreement text <br />approved. The City Council may attach such additional conditions as it <br />deems reasonable. Approval shall require a four-fifths (4/5) vote of the <br />entire City Council. After approval by the City Council, the PUD zoning <br />ordinance map amendment shall be published, with reference made to the <br />PUD agreement text. The applicant shall be responsible for recording the <br />ordinance and PUD agreement with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office <br />prior to issuance of any building permit or within sixty (60) days, whichever <br />is less. The official PUD ordinance and agreement shall also be filed in the <br />City Manager's office. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Chapter 1013, Section 1013 C is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />C. Procedure for Conditional Use Permit: Any owner of land may file an <br />application for a conditional use permit by paying the amount set forth in <br />Section 1014.03, providing a complete application and supporting <br />documents as set forth in the standard Community Development <br />Department application form, and by providing the City with an abstractor's <br />certified property certificate showing the property owners within three <br />hundred fifty feet (350') of the outer boundary of the parcel of land on which <br />the conditional use permit is requested. A hearing shall be held on the <br />application by the Planning Commission, with notice and hearing procedure <br />as set forth in Chapter 108 except that the notices shall contain the <br />description of the land and the kind of conditional use permit involved. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />F. The City Council may attach reasonable conditions to the conditional use <br />permit.
