<br />XIII. <br /> <br />Chapter 1013, Section 1013.04 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1013.04: PROCEDURE FOR VACATING STREET OR ALLEY: Any application to <br />vacate a street or alley shall be accompanied by payment of the amount set forth in <br />Section 1014.03 and by an abstractor's certified property certificate showing the property <br />owners within three hundred fifty feet (350') of the street or alley desired to be vacated. <br />The application shall be heard by the Planning Commission using the procedure set forth <br />in Chapter 108, except that the notice shall contain a description of the location of the <br />street or alley to be vacated. <br /> <br />XIV. <br /> <br />Chapter 1015, Section 1015.02 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1015.02: <br /> <br />A. The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing as provided for in <br />Chapter 108. <br /> <br />B. Report of the Planning Commission: Within ten (10) days after the <br />completion of the hearing, the Planning Commission shall make a report to <br />the City Council stating its findings and recommendations, unless the <br />Planning Commission requests additional time as set forth in Chapter 108. <br /> <br />XV. <br /> <br />Chapter 1015, Section 1015.03, is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs <br />1015.03A, 1 015.03B, and 1 015.03C and amending paragraph 1 015.03D as follws <br /> <br />1015.03D: <br /> <br />A.
