She stated in the event the Commission is unable to roll <br />407 over the remaining 2014 funds she would purchase gift cards. <br />408 <br />409 <br />410 <br />41] <br />412 <br />413 <br />414 <br />4l5 <br />416 <br />417 <br />418 <br />Commissioner Singleton moved and Commissioner Slade seconded a motion to direct Ms. <br />Collins to talk to the Citv's Finance Director and request the balance of 2014 funds be <br />rolled over to 2015 and if this is not possible Ms. Collins can purchase gift cards with the <br />remaining 2014 funds. The motion passed unanimously. <br />b. She <br />asked if anyone would be interested in doing this. She recommended Commissioners also think <br />about opening up the contest to other means of interpretation beyond essays and discuss this at <br />the next meeting. <br />c. Discuss 2015 Commission Calendar <br />Ms. Collins reviewed the proposed meeting dates for 2015. <br />Commissioner Thao made a motion seconded by Commissioner Carey to approve the <br />proposed Human Rights Commission meeting dates for 2015. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />d. Other Items <br />There were no other items. <br />Future Agenda Items <br />Chair Groff suggested any future agenda items should be sent to Ms. Collins. <br />Commissioner Bachhuber proposed at the next meeting the Commission select the members for <br />the Committee that would be evaluating the HRC Award applications. <br />
