Commissioner Bachhuber asked who would facilitate the book club meetings. Youth Commissioner Cederberg stated they would be hosted at the Library and a Commissioner would facilitate the discussions pertaining to civility. Commissioner Thao asked when this would occur. Youth Commissioner Cederberg suggested late August. Commissioner Slade stated she would like to review the list of books and provide feedback at the next meeting. It was the consensus of the Commission to review the list of books and provide feedback at the next meeting. Chair Groff stated the Commission could have up to three (3) Youth Commissioners and the Commission may want to consider interviewing for an additional member. Youth Commissioner Cederberg asked if there was a way he could access the Youth Commissioner Face Book page. Ms. Collins stated she would check into this and provide information to Youth Commissioner Cederberg. Staff ReUort a. Finance Update and Discussion Ms. Collins stated she had been able to secure April 15 for the Naturalization Ceremony. It was the consensus of the Commission to schedule this ceremony for 10:00 a.m. on April 15. Ms. Collins provided a financial update. Typically any remaining fund balance is not rolled over but she is going to try and get the Commissions remaining balance of $200 to roll over into 2015. Commissioner Carey suggested donating the remaining funds if they were not able to roll it into 2015. Ms. Collins stated this would not look good for the Commission next year. Commissioner Singleton asked if the money could be allocated without actually being spent.
