The presentation included <br />49 <br />the powers of the HRA allowed under the City Council, and the relationship of the HRA with <br />50 <br />and under the City Council, based on historical precedence and political realities as referenced <br />51 <br />in the HRA Act, Sections 469.001 to 469.047of Minnesota Statutes. <br />52 <br />53 <br />Ms. Ingram reviewed the housing powers utilized by the RHRA, and comparisons and/or <br />54 <br />differences in housing and redevelopment projects; financing options available specific to the <br />55 <br />HRA and those available at the will of City Council approval. <br /> <br />
