She will be at your meeting to present this information and seek your <br />advice. <br />The information specifically in your packet is: <br />Background summary fromKari Collins <br />Profile of the Community Park Project <br />Location Map <br />2015 Request For Proposal to US Bank <br />2016 CityPriority Plan (see page 3) <br />While the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan has not identified this parcel <br />specifically, the City Council has identified the SE area of the Community as a priority to <br />work on in 2016 and this concept may fit into that plan. There is a deadline approaching to <br />submit a grant application therefore creating a need to discuss this soon. <br />If this property is acquired it would be designated as parkland and then be the <br />responsibility of the City to maintain, operate and capital improve. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br />Hear presentation, discuss and provide thoughts, <br />guidanceand possible recommendation. <br />Discuss Process for Golf Course Clubhouse Improvements <br />5. <br />At your December meeting, considering the guidance provided by the City Council at your <br />joint meetingonMonday, November 16,you specifically discussed the first step of outlining <br />aprocess and possible committee makeup.Based on your discussion, you suggested that <br />staff prepare a draft for review in January. <br />The City Council indicated that they were pleased with previous community processes <br />carried out by the Parks and Recreation Commission and suggested a similar process for <br />the Golf Course Clubhouse Improvements. <br />Considering past processes and an attempt to capture your discussion from your <br />December meeting, I have included in your packet a draft process outline for your review <br />and input. <br />Requested Commission Action <br />: Review, discuss and modify as needed <br />Staff Report <br />6. <br />Other <br />7. <br />Adjournment <br />8. <br /> <br />
