This letter includes the agreement with <br />the Tschidas on what to do regar�ing the landscaping of the property <br />line adjacent to their house. <br />You will also note that this letter contained information regarding <br />movement of the curb cut East so as to cause the least interference with <br />the Tschida's r3riveway. <br />Additionally, please r.ote that the letter covered proposed landscaping <br />on the Northern propFrty line. At this particular time, the Anderts and <br />I have not reached �greement on this landscaping. and therefore, T intend <br />to proceed accord�ng to the zoning requirements whic.h would include <br />the detail as shown an the site plan that has been presented to the City <br />of Ros�ville, :Lf, as I expect in the future, the Anderts continue to <br />qu�stion the need for a fence on the Northern part of the property <br />where one already exists, we wi11 enter into an agreement with them to landscape <br />according to their wishes, and we wi11 supply you with a copy of that agreement. <br />If I can be of any further assistance or answer any of your questians, <br />please do not hesitate to give me a call. <br />REALTOR°9 <br />Sincerely, <br />.
