TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />300 - WATERMAIN <br />DESCRIPTION <br />300--1 <br />Thig Work shall consist of the construction of Nater main and building <br />s�rvice pipelines utilizing plant fabricated pipe and other appurtenant <br />materials� in�talled for conveyance of potable water. The wark <br />includes the relocation or adjustment of exiating �'aeilities as may be <br />sp�cified i.n the Contract. <br />Removal of exi�ting facilities, treneh excavation and backfill� and <br />re�toration �� included in Section 600 of these <br />apec if ia at ior�s . <br />Set�viee installations aill be designated as either Bran�h Serviee or <br />Tap Service in accordance aith the stand�rds set forth herein, <br />'Tap Servine in�tallations shall inalude all water 9ervice lineg of t�o <br />and oae-half lnches nomi.n�l itaside dfameter pip� or smaller.
