Mr. Sh:Lelds pointed o�.t i�hat hi: had received no offic3al notice that th� residents had encountered difficulty in r�a�.izing their an�icipationsconcerni.n.g the insta.11ation of the scz°eening . In res�aonse to Mr. Shield�s inquir,.y, I sta't,ed that the �eason the �side�ts had not appear�d again before t�e Council with respeat to this mat�f,er �as because of info�nat�on �in.ieh v�e i�c� received indirectly �concerning the Counci.l's position re�ative to construction of tl�e screening provisions containeci in Sections10.Q60 and 10.260 of the Roseville Zor�ing Code .
