This represents a re-working of the previously submitd:ed <br />Rose Heigh•I:s Plat which was not accepted by the Council. <br />I believe :i.t accommodates all the Council.'s desire in getti.r►g <br />street expc►sure for the park site. <br />D�r. Goldbe:��g has reviewed the plat and has submi�ted the <br />enclosed re;port a}ap'roving the engineering details. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed the plat and has v�rbally approv�:d <br />th�t� layout. He will be getting a separate letter of fi1i� <br />appr•oval to the Council for its meeting o£ October 21, 1968. <br />Ted Giaserud of Ban-Con, Inc. has� askeci that if gossible the <br />Council authorize the preliminary plat on October 21, td enat�le <br />him to do some sits grading this fall and permit him to prepare <br />for his spring house deve lopment. <br />October 18, 1968. <br />
