EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- second day of January, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Cushman introduced the following resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8530 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 and P-90-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted July 24, 1989, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 -- Including all that property abutting Shryer Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue; Ryan Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue; Draper Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Avenue; Dellwood Avenue, Skillman Avenue to Roselawn Avenue. P-90-14 -- Including all that property abutting County Road B-2, Snelling Avenue to American Street, Pavilion Place expansion. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the reports the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary reports and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 and P-90-14. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 12, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Focus, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4.
