The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed <br />for Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57 and P-90-14 is <br />determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as <br />though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and Reg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />city of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 22rd day of <br />January, 1990, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates <br />to Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 57, and P-90-14. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 22rd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br />
