Indicated on Dr�^ing No. 4 <br />in this location.are lU degree curves. <br />Preliminary review of th�s matter with the State Aid Office of the Minnesota Highway Departmetit <br />indi�ates that appro�r$1 of 15 degree curves would be given in view of the proposed design speec� <br />of 35 miles per hour for this section of roadway. <br />Grades • <br />The proposed gradient for County Road "B-2" was controlled by proposed A].:Lied Stores Develop- <br />met�t grades, Minnesota Highway Department T. H. �51-County Road "B-2" in�erchange grades and <br />exit� t�t.,Q County Road "B- 2" grade eas t �f T. H.�51 to Haml ine Avenue . Tiie propos ed Frontage <br />..� Road grade fxom Simpson Street wesz to the proposed cul-de-sac is approximately a 6% grade <br />a�d would be constructed to the grade which exists in �this location toda;�. All other grades <br />� are`Iess than 4�. The propr�sed gradient for all roadways within the impravement are shown on <br />the profile section of Drawimgs No. 4 and 5. <br />� <br />These profiles �.ndicate that oh the Village portions of this constru�tion that the roadway_ <br />�� is for the most part in e�nb�nkment. This results in a considerable deficiency in excavaCion <br />material on the Viilage sections of roadway construction and, therefore, would require borrow <br />'� �'excavation in order to construct to the rades indieated.
