W. BECK, founder of the firm and Managing Partner-Chief Engineer. Mr. Beck has had <br />more than forty years of experience in general engineering and the design, operation and <br />management nf utilities, including thirteen years in various �ngineering capacities with Seattle <br />City Light, two years as Principal Electrical Engineer with the Bonneville Power Administra- <br />tion, two years as General Manager of Public Utility District No. 1 of Grays Harbor County, <br />Washington, and more than twenty-five years directing consulting engineering firms render- <br />ing diversified utility engineering s�rvices. <br />j He is a Fellow• in the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and a member of the <br />Nebraska Engineering Society, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Society of <br />American Military Engineers and the Nebraska Reclamation Association. He has been li5ted <br />in Who's VVho in Engineering since 1941, in Who's Who in the West, and the World Who's <br />Who �n Science and Industry. <br />Mr. Beck vvas one of five of the firm's partners appointed as special ccnsuftants t� the <br />)oir�t Committee on Atomic Ener�y of the U.
