<br />�03, it is the intention of the Village Council by adopting this
<br />Resolution that this Resolution will constitute a permaY�:ent public
<br />right of way use permit for the cons�.ruction of Tower l�l'o. 103, as
<br />s:�own in Exhibit 1 attached hereta; �nd
<br />WtiEREAS, the Village of Roseville claims that Se�tic►n
<br />32.020 of the Village Code is applicaule fn determining the am�unt
<br />of a building permit fee requir�:d by NSP, �..id
<br />WHEREAS, NS� d�nies that it i.s obligaterl . w:zldf;;;;
<br />�ermit fee, it is the in�zntion of the Village Council tc .;��;�blish a
<br />compromise building permit fee in �he amount of Two T��ousand Dollars
<br />($2,000.00), and no electrical inspec`ion fees.
