3. Examination of a large scale desi�n will indicate that the proposed car care <br />center building would be 30 feet back from County Road B 2 rather than <br />100 feet required. The parking under these conditions cont�guous to the <br />main circumferential route around the parking area would only be 10 feet <br />aWay. We suggest that the traffic to and from the car �are center right <br />at the p�inci��al entrance to the shopping center from Snell ing Avenue <br />wouid constitute a serious and avoidable safety problem. <br />4. Inasmuch as an overal) design for the shapping center has been apprdved <br />after years of carefu( design in cooperati�n with the State, County, Village <br />and the developers, the current proposal �reneges on that design and the <br />standards thereto. If the proposal presented is to be approved, if would <br />appear fio inv�olve an amendment to the overall design. Any approval of <br />this proposal or inclusion of this design in the overall development plan <br />by the Dayton Corporation is conspicuous by its absence. <br />� <br />
