The applicant has indicate�.' tha,t retai) rental and sales constitute <br />5% of his business. If all of i'he storage is inside the buildin�, and the building is <br />constructed as proposed, utilizing the materi�afs indicated, we feel that this building <br />would be an a$set to the village in this area. Tlius; some mnsiderafiion should likely <br />be given to adjustments in the ordinance to accommodate this use. This could be <br />handled by making construction equipment rental a special use in the "� -1" District <br />with the conditions that all such equipment be stored within the building. We Further <br />suggest that the Planning Commission recommend to the Council that the "I-1" <br />District be revised so as to eliminate out side storage of equipment and materiai . <br />7. Care should be taken in this application to make any apNroval subject to Vil(age <br />and State easement applicable to the property. The Engineer informs us that the <br />adjustments with respect to the handling of the drainage of the pond area east of <br />this property have nat been finalized with the $tate or the Village. <br />C� <br />� <br />
