When a swimmer is present, <br />motorboats or persons being towed on water skis or a <br />similar device, shall not pass between a swim raft and the <br />nearest shore. <br /> <br />D: Exemptions: <br /> <br />1. Authorized resource management emergency and <br />enforcement personnel, when acting in the <br />performance of their duties, shall be exempt from <br />the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />2.
