HQ indi�ated that Lhe Planning Camnission at their December meet- <br />ing xscoamaendad that th� Bristol �Company mest with the residents in the area to review any <br />possib�e changes in which agreement could be found. �ir. Lindquist stated that represent- <br />ativ�s fran his coa�pany did meet with t}ie n�ighbors and that he felt they had come up with <br />a solution to this project. He stated it see�ed to be the consensus of the neighbors that <br />they wauld prefer a development of single family h anes in the open space area to the north <br />of the proposed apartment project. Specifically� tliere would be four residential lots con- <br />structed around the c�al de sac an 1Vilde�r Street and two additional residentia2 lots fronting <br />on Clevelax�d Avenue. He stated that this would move the project approximately SO feet <br />further to the south and would reduce t}ie number of apartment vnits by 12, <br />Mr. Lindquist �tated that he did no� personally feel that this was the best use of th� Iand <br />but that his campany was willing to go alang with this plan. <br />Uiscussion <br />Johns�n asked how this particular change effects the original plan as submitted, �tr. Lindqui�t <br />indicates� that th�re would now be 86 units proposed instead of the original 98 and �that the <br />four bui.idings would still remain, and that the project wauld be �oved approximately SO �e�t <br />further �o th� south. There �s a question as Lo the parking at�d it was indicated th�t it wonld <br />�Iso b�: ad�usted to meet any new change in the number of apartment units. <br />t�r. Ray Schreurs, 3058 North Wilder, wanted to knaw i£ the Bristol Canpany intended to b�ai2d <br />the haaies, sell the ho�es, or rent the homes. <br />I�ir. Lindquist indicated that it would proi�ably be the intention of the Bristol Canpany to <br />award th� constructioA of the haoies to a contractor and that they would sell th� lots <br />iredivadual ly. <br />1�tere was quite a bit of diseussion bexween the Connnission members as to �he merits of the <br />original pian, or the plan as agreed upon by the residents. <br />�� <br />,_:� ....:; , � _ - <br />
