There is little question,in our opinion but what that the homes in the Fairview <br />Hills Addition direcfily north of the property in question will ultimafely be <br />converted to commercial propertie�. It is only a question of time until these <br />properties wifl be valuable enough to make this transition economically <br />feasible. It is still important, however, to adequately protect these homes <br />with the normal screening requirements that would be util ized in a commercial <br />zone other than the shopping center district. Certainly, the site is an excellent <br />location for a bank and such use provides a minimum of deleterious effect on <br />contiguous properties. Upon careful examination of the proposed screening <br />detail, and the site plan, we suggest approval be considered subject to the <br />condition that the screening and site plan be developed as proposed, <br />� <br />P ',� <br />� <br />U <br />
