The building will face County Road "B" with the bay doars io its rear. This will put the service station development in harmon.ic Iine with any future development of �he commercially zoned tract of land running west along Go�nty Road "B," The buiiding will be completely finished on aIl four sides. Placin,g the bay openings �o the rear accoimplishes several things: I. A pleasin� facade will face each street at all times. 2� Gasoline fueling is done in a. separate traffic pa.ttern from that of cars being otherwise serviced. 3• Ample, eff icient, safe marked parking areas are created. (See piot plan) 4• Tkke site is efficientZy utilized both functionally and aesthetically. There is no "back yard" and alI land is either in buiiding, surfacing, or landscaping. This aids us in maintenance and "hausekeeping" follow up. Lighting will be controlled on—site. Fixtures are of a colonial style compatible tc� the building. Pump islands will be shield�d by �olonial style canopies of the same style as the building and white—roof�d to ffiatch the huilding. 12• This development, under the standards, cades, and statutes governing it, should present no significant thr�at to the health of occupants of surrounding lands.
